I've been relying on Fox Run Automotive to maintain and repair my automobiles since 2002 and they have never disappointed me. I let them do all of the heavy lifting. I drop off my vehicle to be serviced on my day off from work either the night before, or early the next day with an explanation of the problem or the need, and then I go home and do whatever I have to do around the house. One of "the Mike's" always calls me within a reasonable amount of time with their diagnosis, solution and cost estimate, and they typically have my vehicle ready for me by the end of their work day. The staff are courteous, knowledgeable and professional, and their prices are reasonable. I recommend them to everyone who tells me that they need an automobile mechanic. They get the job done quickly and correctly.
I had a wonderful experience at Fox run auto. The staff was friendly. The technicians were very knowledgeable. They fix the problem I was having and told me about something i might want to fix in the near future. I will definitely refer them and use them again.
Their customer service is top-notch! They call to let you know what they've found, give surprisingly accurate estimates on both cost and pick-up times, and their pricing is remarkably reasonable.
I love this place! Mike I need team always get my car back on the road quickly. Their customer service and willingness to explain what went wrong and if there's anything I can do to prevent it from happening in the future. Just an overall great experience every time. We have six cars and never had a bad experience.
A couple of years ago, I was having some issues with a dying Cavalier. A neighbor recommended that I try Fox Run. The Cavalier is no longer with us, but I have continued to use them for my successor autos.
Came here this past week for a simple oil change, which I brought my own oil and filter for... Quick, simple and easy... Total came to about $10 bucks which is much cheaper than some of the other places I've called for the same thing.
Granted, I didn't get anything more comprehensive done to my car here yet... But it's nice to see a place that does the basics well (and for a good price too).
They are my go-to guys now, even better than the oil change and lube chains. I'll be a customer for the foreseeable future!
