I need to apologize in regards to the previous review. A total miss understanding on my part. It was not collision caliber that refused to fix my rear shocks after my car was rear ended in an accident. After talking with manager Patrick, he explained my insure company State Farm is refusing to fix the rear shocks unless they have a second opinion stating the noise was caused from the accident. Manager Patrick even went the extra mile and conferenced called the insurance company. So collision caliber is a representable business. After speaking with Patrick he clarified the process with the insurance company, which makes no sense! We all know insurance companies will take your money, but they do not like covering you when you need it!!! I cannot apologize enough caliber collision very good place , they call and update explain what's going on and very professional people.

My car got totaled by my insurance company... body damage only... Caliber REFUSED to help me.... Even when I offered to pay for the work myself.... STUPID, STUPID, STUPID.... They will NEVER get a recommendation from me, and I'll be certain to tell everyone I know how incredibly disappointing this experience has been
This past Thursday I went in to have Progressive look at my car. Unfortunately the repair was less then then the deductible. While talking with the insurance person the manager came up and asked us if there was anything he could do to help. After explained my problem , he offered to have my bumper pushed back into place, with no promises it would look any better then it was. I agreed and after 20 min he came back with my car. He did it!!! He managed to have the bumper pushed back into place and even buffed it out. It wasn't perfect but 90% better. You just don't see service like this any more. I will be making the appointment to have that repair done and another front repair that my car needs.... I'm definitely using this place.
Avoid this place at all costs! They fixed our car, but left a scratch on our navigation screen and denied doing it. They refuse to fix it.
Horrible experience with Caliber Collision.
Fast friendly good work, some of it's like magic. Highly recommended, a little hard to navigate to, as you kind of have to drive through some neighborhoods to get there.
