I ordered two exhaust gaskets for a 96 Camry with a 2.2L 4Cyl. engine. One was a manifold gasket and the other was a catalytic converter to flex pipe gakset. When I recieved both after coming in the following day both were wrong. The employees seem to show no knowledge of vehicle specific parts or vehicle setup. Gone are the days where you have to have some type of mechanical background to work in a parts store. All around the store is slow. Each time I have gone in a majority of the employees are standing around outside taking breaks wether the store is full of customers with a waiting line or with few to no customers. Those who think they know anything related to vehicles will try to tell you what you need based off a computerized system that doesn't work. If you have a check engine light on in your vehicle get the code read and leave or just go to a shop. I replaced my distributor on the same vehicle as stated above but forgot to plug in the camshaft position sensor which threw a code. I took it to the store and the employee tried to recommend a timing belt kit based off of what "the system" had to say. The attitude of managers and employees alike is rude and disrespectful. I will not be shopping here or at any other autozone anymore because this is now the typical behaivor from store to store.
They have fair prices and good customer service, great honest advice as well.
I can always find what I need and most parts are under warrant.
Recommend you go buy parts with life time warranty then pay labor cost depends on you but parts a must...
