This bank sucks. I have been waiting for 40 minutes without have even been acknowledged. They have one banker and 6 people waiting. Completely unacceptable, I'm changing banks.
Sometimes this Bank will have Lines to the Door and Only have a Couple of Teller's, which Makes My Wait Alot Longer!!! Plus they Charge a Paper Fee when You use the Mac Machine, just to Get Your Receipt!!! And the Monthly Service Charge is Getting Ridiculously High! The Employee's are Kind, and Willing to Help with any Matter of Your Account.
Fast service although they're usually busy.
This branch had pleasant and attentive bankers who helped set up my new account very quickly. However when I called to speak to someone, a gentleman took my name and number and told me I would get a call back in a few minutes. That call still hasn't come (some 27 hours later). Forgetting about your customers is not a good second impression.
The employees are very nice and help you as fast as possible.
