Honestly, I go out of my to come here to withdraw money instead of the ATM by my house. The employees are always nice and are willing to help with an issue. My only gripe is that there is always one teller on a FRIDAY (???). Other than that, this place is lovely and nice.

Staff and managers are very friendly and helpful. Its a busy place specially on Saturdays, so I will always reckon to setup an appointment and avoid waiting.
Cust. Serv is worst after few attempts I'm already thinking to closed acct with them. And look another bank bcz that's the only bank is near my house they ATM machine is out Service almost every other week.
BOA corporate has been less than ideal for us but this branch works great. We haven't waited more than 30 mins ever and our rep, Tammy, has been extraordinarily helpful.
