I would highly suggest not doing business with this branch, or any PNC in general. Just look at the people trying to contact them on twitter. It's non-stop complaints from their customers. Glad I have came home and since opened a new business account at BoA (and didn't have to wait two weeks!)
Horrible Customer Service! Felt like the lady had an attitude over the phone!
I proceeded to hand him my documents from my registered agent (statement of organizer, articles in good standing, and my articles of organization, and my EIN). The guy slides a PNC card over to me drawing on it telling me I need these documents (without even looking at what I had handed him). I told him everything is there. He looks at it and tells me everything is not there. I literally handed him every single document from my registered agent. I informed him what happened at the previous branch and how the branch manager at fox run had even told me I had everything I needed. I have opened multiple accounts for many different corporations that I own at multiple banks in this state and have NEVER had an experience like this at any of them. It was almost like PNC is afraid of money or something. The only reason I even went to PNC to begin with is because I am in advertising and I am split testing a lot of banks between companies that I own to see which one will end up with most of my business and the least hassle.
I originally went to the branch in Fox Run to open a new business account. After two weeks of waiting to hear back from the 'branch manager' I decided to go to this one. I walked in and the guy who came over to help me kind of snubbed his nose at me immediately.
