Great, freshly made food. The staff is another problem. They were very busy and a to go order wasn't ready and I was asked to wait so I paid and sat at a table waiting...and waiting...and waiting. After 20 minutes I had to get back in line again and ask about my order. They "forgot".
Only went ONCE bc they cook with sesame oil and as a peanut free (due tobuts allergy) family foods cooked in oil are one of my biggest scare bc it isn't something my kuddo can LOOK for, but MUST alwasys be alert, aware & count on the staff knowing. Which at my visit ONLY ONE that just happened to not leave yet. The food really is very tasty as midst foods you have to avoid for you're kids sake of not going into anaphylactic shock. I feel like it is corperate, the owner's, & the management staff's PRIMARY responsibility Ahab runnung a restaurant to be SURE ALL STAFF know what is in the food, How it is made, & what it tastes like. In a place like this cafeteria style ESPECIALLY. Why wouldn't three people scooping your food into trays, working there standing, breathing & spendi ng there shift practically over top of every dish not eat there, or at least tasted what they serve? Encourage alternate option for nut allergy family's and give the staff the taste test /food prep training needed to answer questions about what they are serving.
Good food. Horrible service. It appears they are not able to get the orders right. Always end up with different items. Is not that hard people! I should be able to go home and enjoy what I ordered and paid for, not what you decided to serve on my plate.
Had to wait about 15 minutes for the food, but it was fresh, so it was worth the wait. This was my first visit and I was a little annoyed with having to wait, but once I got home and tasted it, I was happy. The food was delicious and the customer service was great.
Affordable. Excellent taste. Free entry if you survey with previous purchase. I always go there once a week.
