Always good, friendly staff, much better than all fast food restaurants. Excellent customer service can't be stressed enough, so many places lacking in this area.
Best fast food in my area. Great food, and wonderful staff. Very military friendly. Doesn't seem like fast food at all but still quicker then most places and order accuracy is unmatched

New updates were minimal - aesthetically speaking. In comparison to other franchises they are pretty slow when it comes to checking on refills. However, they are typically pretty busy and you'll notice that management is very involved in the customer experience when they are available. In lieu of an employee checking up on you it may be a manager which is a sign of a very caring leadership group. Restaurant is typically very clean and food is fresh and comes out quickly.
Have not been let down by this chick fil a. The chicken egg and cheese sandwich is the best fast food breakfast sandwich ever. Also, I really like their iced coffee.
