I walked in very happy and optimistic for some pizza and there was a doorbell at the front that said ring for service with no handicap sticker or anything just ring for service so I pressed it and walked in figuring maybe it’s for when they’re in the back for them to walk out and serve you I guess not she came out from the back and in a real nasty tone said why are you ringing my door bell then proceeded to talk to me like an animal so I just walked out I highly recommend you don’t go to this Pizza Hut unless you want to be spoken to like you’re a dog and just treated in just a horrible manner
Order was 45 mins late and delivered ice cold. Wings were covered half way with sauce. Will NEVER order from here again. Dominos/Seasons it will be.
Good food for a Pizza Hut. Nice to see they realized their restaurants weren't kept up to the standards of the 1980s, though I do miss the pan pizzas served in the actual pan.
Every time I order from Pizza Hut over the phone it's a 15-minute ordeal either the people cannot hear me and hang up on me. Or they can't find the store in Bear Delaware and it takes forever . Its a very crappy way they have this setup and it makes me avoid ordering from Pizza Hut more often. Very disappointed
I rcvd a LG free pizza because my last order took 2 hours to be delivered. I didn't call and yell.... they just sent me an automated email giving me the free pizza. When I go to order my free pizza... they forget my soda and the pizza is nothing but a box full of grease. Literally the pizza is sticking to the bottom of the box and is falling apart. The delivery driver tells me he won't be able to bring me my soda back because he has a lot of other deliveries. Um.... I paid for my soda and already tipped you!!! I go to this pizza hut and the manager doesn't even apologize for their service.... she tells me this is how the pizza is supposed to be and if she makes me another one it will be the same!! This pizza hut sucks and never will I order from here again!!!!
