They said, after I called, that the driver knocked on my door which he did not. I never have problems with them but this time I did. The driver did not apparently read the instructions that my townhouse was in the rear down the sidewalk. The girl on the phone said he was coming back to deliver the food but i'm sure after 40 minutes (now over an hour and a half since I ordered) the pizza and wings will be cold.

Ordered a pizza, and was told it would take 35 minutes. 45 minutes later I called to see if the driver was lost, the lady on the phone said to just give him a few minutes (she did not apologize for the delay). 1 hour and 15min after I ordered I called back to cancel my order. The lady simply said "I'll call him and let him know not to bring it." And she hung up the phone. I had to call back just to make sure they canceled the charge on my card. Will never order there again.
