Bad service. went there before 2 weeks to add a car. I went again to the same place today to make sure my car is added to the policy. upon, checking my car never has been added to the policy. also, they don`t give clear answer. bad service...
I am currently still going back and forth with Allstate about my claim. The fact that Allstate said they were able to help and then nobody returns my calls for 3 months is ridiculous. Will never recommend Allstate to anyone so they can avoid the stress im still going through.
I like the agent and the staff. Great customer service, always receive answers and explanations for questions. They will work with you on rates if requested, my only question is am I already getting the best possible rates or do I have to inquire? However, I would highly recommend them because they will work with you and respond in a timely manner.
