I will NOT have them write my new policy directly as a result of the way I was treated. The underwriter was rude and offered me no assistance as a future customer. They have lost my business.
They dont return phone calls. And barley do they answer
The next month I went there to cancel my progressive policy and the lady who helped me told me they will not help me again and the service they did before was a one time courtesy -as their office did not write my policy. She said "We are not a fax service and you are not a client." I explained that I will be getting a new policy in the coming weeks and that I wanted to have it written at their office as they are close by. She explained that until it's written by them they will not help me.
The agent Mary Peppelman always goes above & beyond to find the lowest price with the most coverage for me & my family. I recommend all my friends that are looking for insurance to call them.
