I wish I knew the ladies name that did my hair, she knows who she is. I went in to get my med length hair cut short and my hair colored. What I got was A botched haircut, the wrong hair color and my eyebrows dyed orange. Now when I mentioned I would have to color my eyebrows, because they are so light. She said she would do them, the same color as my head. I told her that would be great!I couldn't have been more wrong!! When she said I was done and what did I think? I left there crying!!! My hair cut was close to Ronald McDonald's. I had reddish purple hair and orange eyebrows. I wish I could show you a picture of what I asked for and what I got!! It won't let me put a picture. Now the ONLY REASON I'm giving two stars is. Another lady did a wonderful job cut on my sister in laws hair. After I left and penciled in my eyebrows. I regained some dignity and went back a very nice lady fixed my hair cut. I was told my eyebrows were just stained and it would wash off. It has been close to 3 weeks and I still have orange eyebrows, I have to pencil in. I'm not one of these people that complain, just to complain or to get something for free. I paid for this mess. I didn't ask for my money back or even some money. I want them to know WITHOUT A DOUBT MY HAIR WAS MESSED UP!!!
I thought it was very deceiving today when I was asked if I wanted to have my hair conditioned and was NOT explained or even told that there would be a charge of $3.00 until I got up to the register. Plus who charges extra for conditioning ? Should all be included in the price. Also the cutter was so slow and didn't do a very good job. So with that said, I wont be back and will go to the one in Governor Square.
