Customer service is amazing. The store always has high quality products, and my girlfriend IS OBSESSED WITH the wigs there. I adore the owners they special order things for me. Best experience with hair stores ever.
Absolutely great store!! I was searching everywhere between DE & PA for the Freetress wavy faux locs and this was the only store with them. This store had everything! The service was the best that I ever experienced in a beauty supply store.
Didn't know what I wanted but the stylists they have working there helped me with everything. So pleased. They have licensed beauticians working there.
The customer under this post tried to bring back a wig she already wore. No beauty supply store would take that wig back. I give her the best customer service told her I would give her 50.00 off her next wig.. We never had a problem with any of our IRIS wigs I had mine for 4 years now...
I live in Middletown and I drive all the way to this beauty supply store because the service has ALWAYS been stellar... If I'm not sure what I want... Always patient and helpful... Great team here
