Crystal was wonderful! She was so accommodating and very professional. Even though the store didn't have the model of the reclining sofa and loveseat we wanted to look at and purchase, she took us over to what they had available in that same price range. We chose the Hector floor model because it gave us more furniture for what we were planning on paying. It was a great deal! It was like getting the rocker/recliner free! She was very thorough in everything that pertained to purchasing a floor model and also the 5-year warranty on repairs and cleaning. We couldn't have asked for an easier process. We can't wait to get our new furniture! Crystal....we will be back at sometime and when we do, we will be looking forward to you assisting us again. Crystal...you ARE THE BEST!!!! I lost my home almost a year ago and was given gift cards to Ashley furniture. All of the employees are wonderful but crystal is the greatest!! She is amazing!! She helped me find the greatest bed set ever and when I go in to make payments she always comes over to ask how my house is coming!! She always greats with a hug and a smile and I’ll be coming back to fully furnish my house soon. Because of the great employees there and mostly crystal I won’t go anywhere else!!
Frank was a very polite and helpful rep. He took me right to where i need to be and sold me the best beds for my daughters. He was to the point with description and other details that i asked him. I love Ashley furniture! Great place to get furniture especially if u want to lease as well. Thank You Frank !☺☺
What an amazing experience. I️ was greeted right away but did not feel like pressured at all. My sales associate was knowledgeable, listened to me and showed me me great options.
