I worked with Christina to have some questions regarding my phone plan and she answered promptly and with a great deal of professionalism. It was a good experience all around.
THEY SUCK! They took advantage of my learning disabled sister, she was told she had 13 days to cancel her plan. I took her back within 24 hours to cancel the plan, and they charged her 70 dollars for restocking which know one told her about. they were able to process her credit card for the 70 dollar restocking, but for some reason could not process her card for a credit for what she put done for the phone plan. BORDERLINE CRIMINAL! and if i could put a no star review i would!
