THEY ARE NO LONGER IN BUSINESS! We loved this place until we showed up today to surprise the kids & there are "for lease" signs in the windows. Would have really appreciated this being mentioned on here or on their fb before we drove over a half hour & got the kids all excited to do something fun.
Brang my 3 year old nephew there as something new to do, and all I can say is never again..... where to start, this place is so unsafe it shouldn't even be open. The small bounce house had a hole in it. The safty nets in the play area were torn and tattered to the point where a child could fall through. The arcade games were either broken or didn't work at all, and the prizes for the kids were stuff you could buy at the dollar store. Only thing really good is the price, I you get what you pay for.
Very disappointed. Not only does it not look clean- it isn't clean. Everyone who attended the birthday party got horribly sick. All of our small children throwing up and having diarrhea, some had to go to the ER. Unsanitary and run down. This place needs a complete overhaul.
This place is not worth the birthday packages! First of all the birthday package includes a host for your birthday room she was in slippers, she did not assist with the party room! The pizza and soda was purchased at the next door pizzeria! The soft play bouncer was broken! This was the worst place!
I thought it didn't get worse than 'Pump it Up'....it honestly gives me the vibe that the owner purchased the place and thought that they did not have to invest in it. The nets we're tattered and a lot of the play center seemed very unsafe. It definitely needs an extreme makeover. My advice for those who are able to travel go to jump on over in Middletown. If you're not able to travel, then save your money and just go to Glasgow Park
