Bill is a great pharmacist and staff is very good especially John. Staff knows most patients by name and is always willing to with over the counter medications along with prescriptions!!
Poor customer service, pharmacists are beyond rude. Call multiple times to share prescription is ready however not ready when you go to pick up. They also tell you that you’ve sent the prescription to the wrong store (triple check and it’s been sent to the same store, the one accusing you that you’ve sent it elsewhere). They also change your prescription without notifying you. The most awful place and disgusting employees.
It's easy to get to and everyone is so Friendly and Nice
Often poor customer service, rude store manager. Its as if they dont like customers. Other rite aides in the area go out of their way to be nice. Not sure what happened here.
