Unresponsive to messages left on voicemails. Little upset that I have to call about my account to pay a bill when I could do it online. Annoyed with the costumer service portion in general!
I would definitely recommend this place if you need storage.
Originally going into the facility everything seemed good. It's gated very secure and private, however I hated the customer service. The male receptionist or whatever he calls himself makes little rude remarks and seems to always have an attitude. It isn't always evident that he's being short with you but I pay close attention to detail
The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. The 10x10 unit was surprisingly well cleaned as well as incredibly cheap compared to the same thing from other storage companies.
Nice secure facility, appeared to be a good fit when we visited and asked questions, but upon booking a space, the lease terms and added administration fees make the place pretty tenant- unfriendly for us.
We had this unit for a really long time and never had a problem.
