Did not eat breakfast or go for a swim in the pool, but the areas looked clean and tidy.
Always a pleasure coming off the road. The staff couldn't be more courteous and friendly. Great breakfast in a nice atmosphere. Stay in this particular location at least once per year. Easy on and off the highway.
This was my first time staying at a hotel in Bear, DE. This Best Western Plus was clean, efficiently run, had the best large indoor Jacuzzi I have seen lately, a great breakfast, and a quiet, comfortable room and surrounding area. Helpful, knowledgeable staff of the Bear area saved me money and time when circumstances demanded it. I'm very pleased with this hotel, and loved that they had a reciprocal relationship with area eating establishments, like Texas Roadhouse across the highway, that benefited their patrons, like me and my colleagues. Thank you--I will be back and am happy to recommend to others, hence this very positive review!

Not bad for a recently built hotel. Staff was friendly and professional. Rooms were clean. Could expand the cable channel selection a little bit and parking can be challenging when their sold out.
Staff is exceptionally friendly, very good continental breakfast too. The pool and hot tub could use a good scrub down but we still enjoyed them. Best Western should consider updating the rooms a bit but overall, i really enjoy staying at this hotel. It is my go-to place to stay anytime I am visiting my goddaughters.
Overall the room (301) was clean and no noise from the outside Highway price and service was as it should be.

Night clerk at check in and the following night was great, I would have given 5 star but some sticky gum or ? was on the left side on bed.
