There are multiple complaints in our neighborhood on NEXTDOOR neighborhood site, and on here, and word of mouth where he has yelled at and even threatened people with police , which he clearly doesn't realize he is the one who's wrong .... he needs to call the police on himself for over charging credit cards and not fixing it, ruining people's items left with him and not reimbursing for the damages . This man can be taken to small claims court for this , and as far as involving police , he should be the one charged with theft and taking money for service not provided and ruining garments . It is very simple to file in small claims court and he will have to reimburse court fees and pay for what he damaged or double charged . He seems to use the calling police thing thinking he's right, he clearly doesn't understand laws or how that works . This is theft... we are the victims , not him . Owning a business doesn't mean you get to steal from people then threaten with police , he obviously doesn't understand police are for arresting theifs like him.... it would be funny if it were not for the victims who have had to deal with someone like this .
Owner yelled at me in front of other customers after I asked to make sure he could get a stain out of a shirt: “I TOLD YOU A HUNDRED TIMES!” I was so embarrassed I went outside and let my husband finish. They said our order would be ready Friday. It wasn’t! Went back Saturday to discover they ruined the jacket I’m supposed to wear to a wedding in 3 hours. They offered no compensation. I’ve spent hundreds here over the years. Last time. Done. They don’t care.
They do next day pick up. Amen
