I have always had an excellent experience using this Loews. They put in my screen door the contractor was great and the salesperson was awesome. Bought my lawn mower and blower from there and again great service. But this last time my experience was not good the man that worked in appliances had a slight attitude like we was bothering him. The washer I bought was on sale but he had yet to put the stickers on I had to ask a question. Once I purchase it I set up delivery. The delivery company they use is horrible. They gave me a time of 5pm to 7 pm to show up on Saturday 5/6. They never shows up or called. I reached out to them and was told they was running behind. And I understand that but to not show up or call is unacceptable. Today is Sunday and I still haven't heard fro them. At this point I just want my money back and will go to Home Depot
If I could I would give 0 stars to the Lowe's in bear, DE. Manager George was both rude and a liar about a recent return that goes against their store policy. Avoid this area Lowe's.
Do I have to even give 1 star? Walked around the KITCHEN department for 25 minutes while 4 employees sat at the desk in the middle comparing their shifts... Made eye contact several times and they quickly looked down as to not have to help me. Went to Customer Service to complain and was in line for 15 minutes with 1 employee working while the "back-up" was pouting at her desk how her relief was late showing up and she was NOT saying late again. This store is terrible. I ended up spending $6000 at Home Depot on my kitchen instead.... Sorry Lowes, you really should watch your employees better!!!!

I went to this location on 4/10/17 for a weed whacker. I wish I would have caught the gentlemans' name that helped me so I could give him credit. He was over the top helpful and super nice!
I have never had a bad experience here. The employees in the paint department are pretty cool, too. They had be cracking up the entire time I was waiting for my paint to be mixed about 2 months back.
I bought a ton of pellets they loaded my truck and we're very helpful
