We've had the spa for a couple weeks now and are really enjoying it. Bob offers remarkable customer service, although we cannot believe he did not charge extra for the romantic snowfall on our first night! I highly recommend The Backyard Fun Store!

I put a deposit on a metal building. Prior to having the shed manufactured, I contacted the shed company and canceled the order because I was not able to get a permit. I went back to the Back Yard Fun Store and was told that would not give me a refund, I was told I should have read the fine print on the contract that stays no refunds. I t would have been nice if I was told that up front, I would not have signed the contract. By the way, the print is so small I can't even read it.
If you are in the market for a spa/hot tub; look no further! The Backyard Fun Store provided a knowledgeable, friendly, personable and accommodating sale from beginning to now. Bob, the owner, talked us through all the different tubs/options until we settled on one for our wants and patio space. He masterfully delivered the tub himself and placed it on our patio with a crane (rather impressive) and without any issues. Not only did he sell us a great tub (bullfrog A7L), but also tested our water and set us up with the proper chemicals to treat our specific water. My husband and I can't say enough nice things about Bob and his store. He's always pleasant, available and helpful. It's been a fantastic experience and we would highly recommend anyone in the market for a spa/hot tub to purchase here.
