In the spring of 2016 this campground made a quantum leap in services, setting it competitively above other state park campgrounds in the tri state area. By paving the roads and sites, and adding sewer and water to over 20 sites, the campground is now equipped to handle a large and growing part of the RV market. Backing into sites is a little tricky for big rigs, but otherwise the campground is a high quality operation. With full hookup capability, this park becomes one of a very few RV parks between Baltimore and Philadelphia that can support RV travelers in need of a place to stay, even if the state park itself isn't your destination.
